To discourage internet fraud, it is our policy to deduct the money due (for goods & delivery) from your credit / debit card at time of order (not when we despatch the goods). Deliveries are made by courier and we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 7 to 10 working days from your date of order (this is subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods as illustrated above).

Any out of stock products will be placed on "Back Order" and delivered when available.
We are afraid we cannot deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays.
Please be aware that the delivery company will be unable to leave the goods at the delivery address without a signature accepting them as proof of delivery. Any requests made during the order process to leave the goods without signature will be ignored. All goods are shipped in the standard manufacturer's packaging and we are afraid that we are unable to gift wrap the goods, nor can we append any customer specific greetings.
