To EXCHANGE Goods - IMPORTANT - Using this "Return For Exchange Procedure"
1. Please use this form to obtain an EXCHANGE Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) from Customer Services at our warehouse, please note that WE WILL REJECT any returned goods which have no Returns Authorisation Number.
2. This procedure is
ONLY for the EXCHANGE of items purchased from this web site. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unused, with all original packaging, components, instructions & warranty material. If in our opinion either the goods or packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline the exchange request, as we won't be able to re-sell the item.
3. The cost of returning the original goods to us is your responsibility & we must receive the goods back as soon as possible please - ideally within 7 days, but no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Should the requested exchange items be out of stock, or a different value we will email you to advise you & seek your further instructions. Please return via a traceable shipping method to ensure that the goods arrive safely at our warehouse.
4. Since we will be shipping your goods again,
you need to pay for the cost of that re-delivery. You can make that payment using the form below which will collect the re-delivery charge via the WorldPay Secure Server. We are afraid that if we receive returned goods for exchange, you must have already paid the re-delivery charge or the exchange item will not be shipped.
5. Once you have paid the re-delivery costs, we will email you your Exchange RAN and give you our warehouse return address & other important details. Please Note that all fields below are required information

Later we will email you the Exchange RAN number & then you will also get the opportunity to amend the delivery address.
