Delivery Costs & Payment

This web store is ONLY for ORDERS requiring DELIVERY to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). There is a £8.00 delivery charge on each order made from this web site. The delivery cost will be added to your order at "CheckOut".
To discourage internet fraud, it is our policy to deduct the money due (for goods & delivery) from your credit / debit card at time of order (not when we despatch the goods). Only paid orders will be delivered and purchases will appear on your credit/debit card statement as WP-SIXTOP LIMITED CROWTHORNE (SixTop Ltd. manage these web stores).

Deliveries are made by courier and whilst usually we will endeavour to deliver your goods in 3 to 5 working days from your order date, this is subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods - deliveries will take longer for Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

We are afraid we cannot deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that the delivery company will be unable to leave the goods at the delivery address without a signature accepting them as proof of delivery. Any requests made during the order process to leave the goods without signature will be ignored. All goods are shipped in the standard manufacturer's packaging and we are afraid that we are unable to gift wrap the goods, nor can we append any customer specific greetings.
