Delivery Costs, Delivery Time & Payment

This web store is ONLY for ORDERS for DELIVERY to the United Kingdom:
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland & UK local Offshore Islands - we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or to BFPO addresses. There is a £5.00 delivery charge on each order made from this web site. The delivery cost will be added to your order at "CheckOut".

To discourage internet fraud, it is our policy to deduct the money due (for goods & delivery charge) from your credit / debit card when we clear the payment at time of order and only paid orders are accepted. The purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as WP-SIXTOP LIMITED CROWTHORNE.

Deliveries are made by courier and will require signature upon receipt as proof of delivery, so if it is likely that nobody will be at your delivery address to accept the goods, please consider delivering to your works address. Any requests made during the order process to leave the goods without signature will be ignored.

Hunter, Maniera, Wedge Welly & MuckBoot Orders for UK Mainland delivery which are placed by 3:00pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day, orders placed by 3:00pm on Friday will arrive the next Monday, Saturday or Sunday orders will arrive on the following Tuesday (subject to product availability and any delays caused by weather and peak or holiday periods) - deliveries may take longer for the more remote Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands. All Maniera & Century products will be delivered separately from other boot brands.

We are afraid we cannot deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays. All goods are shipped in the standard manufacturer's packaging and we are afraid that we are unable to gift wrap the goods, nor can we append any customer specific greetings.
Any out of stock products will be placed on "Back Order" and delivered when available, but in such circumstances you will be advised by email and given the option to exchange or cancel.
