Buy Boots Now in the USA US deliveries are made from the Hunter Boot USA LLC (Veeco Services Inc.), New Jersey warehouse and delivery costs within the USA of US $15 per order are added at "Checkout".

To discourage internet fraud, it is our policy to deduct the money due (for both goods & delivery charges) from your credit / debit card at time of order (not when we despatch the goods) and only paid orders will be delivered.

Deliveries are made by courier and we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 5 to 10 working days from your date of order (this is subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods as illustrated above). Any out of stock products will be placed on "Back Order" and delivered when available.

We are afraid we cannot deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that the delivery company will be unable to leave the goods at the delivery address without a signature accepting them as proof of delivery. Any requests made during the order process to leave the goods without signature will be ignored. All goods are shipped in the standard manufacturer's packaging and we are afraid that we are unable to gift wrap the goods, nor can we append any customer specific greetings.

The Hunter Manufacturer's Warranty

Every product purchased from this web site are covered by a comprehensive 12 month warranty against faulty materials or workmanship.
Every Hunter Boot is made largely by hand, using a combination of modern technology and traditional craft techniques. We use natural rubber in our products, tapped from rubber trees in tropical plantations. For these reasons, each Hunter is unique, and may show tiny imperfections in appearance. These in no way affect the performance of the boot, and indeed may be said to add character.

Your Right To Cancel Your Order

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide you with the right to cancel your order for goods purchased from our web store within 7 working days beginning the day after you receive delivery of the goods.

Should you decide to cancel your order you must notify us within that 7 working day period and we will refund your purchase by crediting the original purchaser's credit/debit card within 30 days of this.
